Identifies the priorty of the Syslog message based on facility and severity values.
TIdSyslogPRI = 1..191;
TIdSyslogPRI is a subrange type that represents the numeric constant values used when calculating the priority for a Syslog message.
TIdSyslogPRI is the type used to represent the TIdSysLogMessage.Pri property, and contains values representing both the facility (as a multiple of 8) and the severity for the Ssylog message.
