procedure Unlock;

Unlock is a procedure used to release the critical section acquired in Lock that protects access to resources in the socket list in multi-threaded applications. 

Use Lock to acquire the critical section prior to peforming an action to updates the contents of the socket list. 

Use Unlock when the action has been completed.
