Constructor for the object instance.

constructor Create; override;
Description

Create is the constructor for the object instance, and calls the inherited constructor. 

Create allocates the resources required for the ProxyAuthentiucate and WWWAuthenticate properties. 

Create sets the default value for the ContentType property to 'text/html'. 

Use Clear to reset response headers to their default values.
