Indicates a timeout occurred when reading a line of text from the IOHandler.

Description

ReadLnTimedout is a read-only boolean property used to indicate that a timeout occurred when attempt to read a line of text in ReadLn. ReadLnTimedout is updated when data is read from the data source for the IOHandler connection.
