Indicates if buffer and state properties have been initialized for the IOHandler.

Description

Opened is a read-only Boolean property that indicates if buffer and state properties have been initialized for the IOHandler in the Open method. Open sets the value in Opened to True. 

Opened is also updated in Close. 

The value in Opened is used in Connected.
