property BoundIP: string;
BoundIP is a string property that specifies the local IP address to be used for the IOHandler connection. BoundIP indicates the specific IP address to use for the Binding when the IOHandler connection is established in Open.
Use BoundPort to specify the port number to use in the Binding when the IOHandler connection is established in Open.
