Description

OnlyOwnerCanReadFiles is a Boolean property that indicates if files in the directory on the remote haost can be accessed by users other than the owner of the directory. 

When OnlyOwnerCanReadFiles contains True, and OwnDir contains false, the FSP client will not be able to access the content of files in the directory.
